Bad service with attitude

I went to the vodashop in the Mall@reds to get my Samsung S3 to send MMS messages. When I got to the technical advisor, he was not very friendly. When I explaned my problem, he talked to me as if I'm an. Then he told me that I have got the wrong settings on my phone (the settings that I requested on vodacom's website). When he was done with the settings, I was able to send and receive MMS messages. I then noticed that I do not have a 4G connection any more. He then told me that I cannot have a 4G connection, and send MMS messages. He's excuse was that they are working on the network to get it right. Vodacom say that they are the best network for smart phones (except if you want to sent mms and have a LTE connection). I have a Samsung Note with MTN, and I'm able to send mms messages as well as having a 4G connection. This is pathectic from vodacom. I would like to get this resolved.
