DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER BY PORTIA CALL AGENT

Yesterday i called 111 to inquire if samsung galaxy S3 has built in settings like blackberry or i need to have them sent to me manually. i was attended by the rudest call agent named PORTIA. she didnt even bother to ask me which number im inquiring about she just said to me I MUST CALL SUMSUNG TO GET THE SETTINGS!! i then asked her since when are we suppose to get settings from handset companies she then said ITS HOW IT IS THEY DONT SEND SETTINGS ANYMORE ALL SHE CAN DO IS TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER... when i disputed this she got irritated and dropped my call. she then called me back to tell me the same thing claiming THE PHONE GOT CUT OFF BCS THEY HAVE NO SERVICE!!! which was a cause she dropped it again as soon as i told her shes not doing her job as i have experience having worked in cellphone industry before. i demanded to speak to manager and she dropped my call.i called back and she answered the phone and i instructed her to transfer my call to the next person who knows the job! she transferred my call to MBAHVHALELO who assisted me send me settings and advised me to load airtym. i col using 082 7401395 time 14:19, SHE CLD BACK 14:23 08227589& SMS MANUFACTURE SAMSUNG 0860726786
