I contacted the Vodacom call centre on Tuesday 15th October, with a connection to my email problem, the lady at the call centre tried from her side to access my mail but was unable to and logged a call and told me Vodacom would contact me within 24Hrs. On Thursday afternoon (17th Oct) I again contacted the call centre and was promised faithfully that a technician would contact me within 24Hrs and if not the call centre agent undertook to contact me himself with an update. It is now Friday 18the Oct 20h00 and I still have not heard a word from the great cellular giant who apparently now no longer needs to care about customers.
