The list goes on and I have finely decided to make use of Hello Peter! In 2012 I reported three times about terrible reception in the area where we stay through the vodacom call centre/customer care. They said they will follow up but nothing has happened. 14 November 2012 I emailed Andre Loubser (General Manger) after speaking to Graig Ortmann (store Manager) about our frustrating problem concerning terrible reception in the Montana Park. Our office is from home, so in making phone calls and making use of Internet, especially banking transactions, it is very frustrating when important calls "drop" or we do banking transactions and Internet goes off. I got no response from Andre Loubser. I had to ask Graig Ortmann about the matter and he said that Andre is a very busy man and that I must forward him the mail. I did and also no response until end Jan when he replied that I must log call with call centre and send him the reference number, which I did. In the next week I got feedback that Montana Park has bad reception and there is nothing they can do. I protested and the did sent technicians to my home-office to test where he agreed that reception was terrible. Vodacom no response!
