To whom it may concern

Since porting from vodacom to 8ta i have had constant problems with connectivity in the kelvin area (johannesburg). The problem has persisted and while 2 technicians have been out to my house to work out what the problem is the conclusion was that there is just bad 8ta reception in the kelvin area. The problem i have is both technicians had two totally difderent stories on how this could be resolved. The first suggested installing a booster in the house to improve the reception, while the second technician suggested that the tower could be bent to assist with the reception. None of which were explored after the call center informed me 2 weeks after the visit of the second technician that the only way of the issue being resolved is when 8ta installs a tower in wendywood which will be in 8 months time. I have even been advised to roam on the mtn network while at home in kelvin unfortunately even this does not work and the sdcond technician confirmed the same. Please advise as this is extremely frustrating and waiting another 8 months shoukd not be an option. Regards MJ Yusuf
