Hi there, firstly.. this is not really a complaint.
whenever i am about to run out of data i would receive a sms saying you have 30mb data remaining etc. Yesterday i was browsing, the last time i checked i bought 1 gig of data and i had about R 300 - R400 airtime remaining. I didn't feel the need to check my data since i am used to getting a notification via sms to say that i am running out of data and then i would just buy a bundle again. When i tried to browse last night it gave me a vodacom website saying that i do not have data or airtime left, meaning that i had just blew R300 - R400 in one day! i am soooooo disappointed that i did not receive this sms :((( please advise why???
