This is the second time I am complaining about this query as still not resolved since I emailed to cancel in October 2013 after receiving a bill of R531.30 & reversing it every month, costing me bank charges and my account being now pre-legal on their side, as they say breach of contract... but I did not agree to more than R99 per month and they cannot prove otherwise (even though they record every call and this being a contract sale!) so who is in breach of contract!!!..this call has not been found yet? Musa gave me a ref 3121701292 but strangely the only call that got through to me was one to collect the R531.30? They responded on the previous hellopeter complaint that they would contact me... they DID NOT!!! My cancelled data card is 0610239008... the system should have my number or how did collections get hold of me... please help as I am so tired of dealing with consultants who promise to mail someone to deal with this but I have no proof that this is being done, as they cannot copy me into their mails... so I have to rely on the word of someone I will never speak to or deal with again... so no accountability once again... what is my rights on their breach of contract please?
