I will not be renewing my contract with MTN which expires in March. I have now addressed multiple emails to the address specified on MTN South Africa's website in this regard, and am still awaiting confirmation that no further debits will be made against my account on expiration of the contract.
WHAT DOES ONE NEED TO DO TO GET A CONFIRMATION FROM MTN THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF NON-EXTENSION OF YOUR CONTRACTUAL TERM?
To quote verbiage from my most recent email to MTN: "I will not accept any debits from my account after termination of the contract period, as due notice has now been given. Should any amounts be debited from my account after this period, action in an appropriate forum shall follow."
