Hi Cell C
I have received contact from your consultants and supervisors. I felt like the situation had been resolved and that I would look forward to the remainder of my contract... BUT... all that was discussed has not happened. I am left with no other choice but to cancel my contract. Cell C have agreed that they are in breach of contract and that I am well within my rights to cancel. I thought an apology and extra data would suffice but unfortunately a measly 100MB a month, does not make up for the inconvenience that Cell C has put me through.
PLEASE contact me, ASAP as Sidefree does not work on weekends and apparently Tuesdays as well. I cannot wait any longer for my account to be resolved. CONTACT ME NOW!!!
