I have purchased a R99.00 for 2 gig data card online on number 0610239008 which I do recall I specified for R99.00 only and not an open line, as it's for my son at university. They have been increasing my deduction which is now R531.30 for last month only, and keep taking the money off despite my requesting proof that I had agreed to an open line, which I know for a fact I did not. This is daylight as my contract was for R99.00 only so if they can prove otherwise I would understand... they do not reply to my email messages and have since cancelled the card, but continue to deduct this amount every month... they owe me a refund for the extra's they have been deducting over the R99.00 due every month... one consultant confirmed that they had it loaded as 500kb instead of 2 gig on their side, but now they won't acknowledge it... she tried to change it but could not so cancelled it instead, so I know they had it loaded incorrectly thus resulting in the high bill... I will have to reverse this charge once again and will cancel all products I have with them as soon as it expires. I will not deal with CELL C ever again!!
