Bad service from MWEB ISP

I only had a proper internet stable connection for 10days this month from ISP MWEB.
on my uncapped package.
This is the 3rd time that my connection is throttled in the moth of JANUARY 2014
If you search the web you will soon find that more and more people are complaining about MWEB's bad service.
They will copy/past a replies from previous complaints but nothing further gets done to improve their service.
