I have taken a contract with cell c about 3 months back which was an upgrade, from the time i took the contract upgrade i av been having endless problems with it first it was the cell c consultant giving the wrong package deal, which put me into extra cost because they were debiting more then what they suppose to, which i had to pay bank charges for. After more then 20 phone calls & so many visits to the cell c branch finally they sorted that out, now i have problems with my blacberry itself when i took the contract it stipulated that i av unlimited bbm for 24 months the package was for 2gig data & unlimited bbm i was only been able to use the bis for the first 2weeks after that from then till now i cannot use it they even did a sim swap which didnt work i phoned customer service countless times & again went to the branch it was no use because my phone still not working up till now & if you check with cell c customer care they will tell you how many times i have phoned they were even shocked to see that. This is nt acceptable plus it cost me money & time to try & sort this out i am tired of this whats the use having a contract when u cant use it... off..!!!
