Purchased a Sony Z1 on 040114 had problems with the phone charging, software updating/ loading of apps. away for the weekend returned Sunday 120114 went directly to the store to return the phone in our 7 day window period requesed a new phone, as we were a day out!
atfer been given a number waiting in a queue we got to ther consultant explained our story, was sent back to the queue as we we sent to the incorrect person
once at the correct consultant who was no 10 on that night, who was sitting in front of the previous consultant who heard my entire story made me repeat myself only to then be given attitude/ was belittled and embarrassed .lodged a complaint, no one has come back to me updating me on action taking place on this matter. endless times trying to contact store no one answers on the store number 021 5520200
managers on duty are always to busy to come to the phone, don't return your calls, they do not do courtesy calls to update you or reassuring you that they are taking care of the matter and the manager on duty put me through to another manager to assist.
