I bought an iPhone 5 in December 2012 from 8ta/Telkom at The Geln, JHB South. I've expereinced signal problems on the phone and I decided to take it into store for repairs on the morning of March 19, 2013. The consultant told me it was going to take 5 - 10 working days. This has not been the case. He also told me I would receive SMS communication on the progress. But the only time I got an SMS is after I go to the store to enquire or phone the call centre. Everytime you try call the store you cannot get through because the number on the invoice is incorrect. The shop cannot get hold of the people doing repairs as they don't know their correct contact details. Everytime I ask to see the store manager I get told how busy he is, I only managed to speak to him on April 12 and he promised to call me within an hour, which he never did. I just get different stories everytime I go to the shop, even after I paid the handling fee for my phone's return. There is no service at the store and the manager and consultant do not care whatsoeve
