I visited Cell C branch at Carnival Mall as I have had some problems with my Blackberry. The assistant really couldn't be bothered in trying to help, only saying that my phone should be sent in for repair (even though software is the latest version). She told me that I would be given my sim card but no loan phone! Turn around time is 3 weeks so I would be out of comms for 3 weeks!
I told her I wasn't very happy with the fact that I would be without a phone but she really didn't care. I said I have 3 contracts which are due for upgrade in the very near future and I asked her why I should upgrade / renew again with Cell C, she says it is my choice where and with whom I want to be with. Absolute no regard for the Cell C brand.
Cell C, is this customer retention? So I ask you, Cell C, why should I continue with my contracts with you??
