After trying to get a phone from MTN since January i am still having issues. i have made at 7 trips for just a sim card and 3 for a new handset.
a previous consultant (Funda) said i am dodgey and his manager Clinton will call me to assist... Clinton is still calling me. Yesterday i went to cavendish MTN again and was told i can'yt get the phone because the store manager is not there. the consultant called the store manager and he said i must come the next day. when i requested to speak to the manger he told the consultant to tell me "no, he is off duty".
what kind of managers are you employing? they refuse to help customers and don't get back to them. it will be my 11th trip to a MTN store in the past few weeks and i am still phoneless. Is MTN going to reimburse me for my time and money wasted on travelling and phone calls? i still have to pay R750 to get a new handset and R103 for insurance on no handset. what kind of business is this?
they still have not come back to me on my last Hello Peter complaint when i was accused of ... thanks MTN for your service. once this contract ends you can be assured you will lose me and any family as customers
