A move is free - but here is your bill!

In November I asked for the line to be moved. The consultant, I am told, processed a cancel and a new service and not a move... I am told by 12 consultants and two supervisors it is now fixed and a move is free so I will not be billed.

Latest account - I am billed R 483.94 for a new service???

What now? This is just one more mess up by Telkom in this MOVE... See my previous complaint - where Telkom responds with an escallation reference but no contact from them to date.

I cannot get through to speak to a consultant after 20 minutes holding on - and what is the point? Like the last 12 consultants and two supervisors they will not get it right or will they?

How can this be fixed? Why must I waste time because Telkom messes up and why must I have the frustration because they have no idea how to treat their customers? If this was my staff member they would be fired!!!

Where to?

Like last time an escallation reference and never another word?
