So I recently moved. Wanting to move my telkom line with I contacted the Telkom options desk and they "did try" to help but they did not know where to add the address since I am staying in a complex. That was a dead end. So I applied for the move online. Got my Ref number and set the date. The date came and went and I phoned Telkom again to follow up and they "escalated" the issue. Still no response. I have been having issues with these Telkom Mother??? for almost 3 months from no service to the current move. Have to scream, shout and swear to get a decent response. Please assist.
