My phone is currently soft locked, with out warning
when i called they informed me that its been suspended do to credit available how is this possible
as i did upgrade in last month and and sitting with my phone and new contract, after calling
call centre 1am this morning them sending me service request no. and no. to call (082 1941)
but this no requires another pin to access. now im sitting with phone (business tool) that i can do nothing with and says they can only sort out the problem within 24 hr which i think is ridiculous.

as how do i go through my business day without a important tool.
