On monday 20.2.2014 a person calls me on behal of cell c advising that my contract expires 31.1.2014m she offers me an upgrade of R209 per month for a new samsung s3 mini. I took the contract and later realised that it was too much. I googled the phone and found that cellc offers the same phone and. Contract for R169. I called cell c. To compain and they changed the. Contract to R169 only to discover that they cancel my current bbm and whatsapp without advising me. Now my current phone is blocked due to the new phone i have to wait 5 days for. I commuincate by bbm and whats app with my family and now have to wait till cellc orders the phone b4 i can bbm or whatsapp. What. Why was i not told about this when i took out the new upgrade and only last nite was i told that my contract expired 11.2013 and this contract takes immediate effect. In the mean time i have to chat via sms which is now costing me money rather than the bbm and whatspp i used for free for the money i have already paid for.
