On the 25th April 2013 I called cellc direct and requested an early upgrade. The contract was confirmed with Andile Dlamini via email. The phone was a blackberry Z10 with 600mb data, 100 min and 100sms as per the promotion. I was told that my current contract will stay the same until it expires and then my new contract would fall in place. My current contract is R100 a month on a top up, but this was changed to a Straight up with the early upgrade. Now if my contract was changed to the new contract should I not get all the benefits i.e. 600mb data??? I am now seeing a bill of R823.96 which says next payment due??? I am unable to enjoy my Blackberry Z10 because all the applications on the phone uses data. I have spoken to numerous people at the call centre as well and no-one can give me a proper answer or at least one that I understand. Last week Wednesday, 22nd May 2013 Krea Naidoo called me an promised that I will get an answer in 2 days and today I am still waiting on some kind of communication from Cell C. I am refusing to pay the amount of R823.96 which is now increasing day by day for an error made by a staff member!!!
