Yet again, i have received another statement that reflects that i have to make payment for the same amount i was previously double debitted for. This ridiculous as i have made this payment already. This is impacting my record and the previous complaint has not even been attended to. The level of Vodacoms customer service has really decreased and im seriously considering moving service providers.
My previous complaint has not even been resolved and that is why this one is not resolved!
Please can someone who has the power to make the necessary rectifications as it seems like the people i have been dealing with from subscriber collections are not skilled to resolve this complaint!
