Repeated bad service/Incompetence

As per previous reference number 2101140005/GO, complaint has still not been resolved. We are getting threatening text messages and calls from the collections department and every time we get a call, the consultant has no idea what is happening regarding the account or query. There is no communication between the Head office, departments, managers etc. I am required to repeat the same story where no one is taking responsibility or trying to expedite the resolve of my complaint. I have paid on time in the Edgars store, they did not allocate the payment and now this mess has become my problem?! I cannot fathom how Edgars can take money from my account using their machines and not know where the money went? My account has now been handed over to their collections department because of their incompetence. I am left with no other avenue but to bring the Ombudsman into this appalling picture. I have never in my entire life experienced such bad service especial when i have played my part and paid my dues. Edgars is not apologetic in their approach and resume a "don't care attitude" I refuse to be treated like this! Where are the standards? Where is treating the customer fairly?!!
