It is with great sadness that my previous complaint was not resolved. I was contacted by katlego after my complaint and he tried to help but still no payment has been made. It is very frustrating because when you call the call center they keep on saying the application is with payment. Since last year November it has been with payment.
My resignation was in September and the application was sent through in October. It is now January 2014. Can someone give me real answers in terms of the progress and when exactly is the date of the payment.
