MTN Regional Management phoned me to assure me the issue will be resolved. Now, 1 month later, the issue has still not been resolved. The transfer of ownership is complete, but the previous owner is still being billed. It would seem that the incompetence at MTN is at all levels, and they are not capable, or willing, to do simple transactions.
I cannot seem to add another comment to a previous complaint chain, hence adding it here as a new complaint.
Not much hope that MTN has the capability to resolve it.
