I emailed a claim to [Email Removed] on the 7th Jan. On the 13th i contacted the help line to find out that they havent received any claims. i faxed it twice to the number provided to me. When i called again the 14th they hadnt received it. i tried calling them twice through the MTN call centre & i was put on hold for an average of 18mins before i dropped the call. Pathetic service. Previously i had a claim & i experienced poor service with the repairs company. MTN really need to up their game as service providers & maybe their service providers will provide quality service too.
