My wife took her phone (Blackberry 9320) in for repairs, they sen us a qoute of R2200 . The problem with this is that the phone (Blackberry 9320) can be bought for R1800 online and for R1900 in shops. Does this sound reasonable. Secondly I will advise nobody to ever on getting this phone as before a year the speaker breaks.
We just wanted the speaker repaired, i am sure MTN or their supplier can handle a small task like this but no the covers has a small crack and now the whole phone needs to be replaced. So if my phone gets a scratch it is going to cost me an arm and a leg at MTN, their mentality, let overcharge all customers.
