My phone screen cracked during the festive season and i went to MTN store where i took a contract with them. When I got there I asked if they could assist me and 1 of the MTN employees looked at it and asked the lady that represent Samsung to assist but was too busy looking at the phone. She was asked again to look and all she told me was that I dont have an insurance and should take the phone to a store close to Computicket and they will be able to fix it. I then went to Edgards and there i was told by another Sumsang rep to take to their customer care centre and they will be able to fix it at no costs to me.
