Is this what the service industry has come to?

I dropped my iPhone 5.The screen is cracked. I was told it is unbreakable, under warranty. I went to a Vodacom Shop. The set up is bad, you dont know where to wait. The tills were busy, there were 3 staff chatting in an open area. A lady at the till, busy with a customer told this group I was waiting. I showed my phone and asked. One was unsure. She asked her colleague who mumbled something about go upstairs to repairs. I said I didn't want a repair I just wanted an answer. She mumbled again. All this time she was busy on her phone. I asked her to put down the phone while she is serving me. She replied I didn't need 3 people to help me, and she was using her phone to help someone at the till. I said she should go to the till or excuse herself from me until she is done. I was angry and walked out. As I got to the door I heard this woman say F U.I froze. I went back. Asked her what she said. She said nothing. I asked again. Nothing. I asked her name. She hesitated. I asked again. Lebo. I asked her surname a few times. She would not answer. I told her she is lucky the service industry is such a mess in this country. I would not waste my time reporting her because nothing would be done and walked out. I changed my mind!
