Lack of respect and customer service

We were assisted by Achika we did the process of applications; she said shes going to fax the documents at the back. We then asked how long it will take she said we can go to another shop by the time we get back it'll be ready. So I asked my patner to dropp me off at work because we had already spent /- 1hr there. My patrner then went back then she said she's still sending the documents. He then went again she was still sending documents. I then called and asked the lady who answered the phone to talk to Achika she did not take the phone instead told the lady to tell me credit control is off line. I asked for the store manager I was told they dont have, I called head office to find out if they off-line was told not that they know off.

Eventually an hr later I go there Achika busy then I waited and she said she'll help once done. In the process she was busy answering her phone. When done she decides to call a man standing at the fatr end while i'm next to her to assist him. I thwen asked her can I have the phones we running late; she says "yah i'll b with u". I asked her to cancell my contract as she had no respect for my time as a customer she shoved them at me no apolgy nothing
