To whom it may concern;

It's been a while since I've seen a company as selfish and ill equipped as Computicket. We went to the Metallica concert on Saturday and I was pick-pocketed after I passed the first gate. This meant that we were unable to get through the turnstile gates. I then asked security where I could have them re-printed as I do have my ID with me. I then pro-ceded to the Computicket ticket office was. I spoke to James Jacobs a rude and very unhelpful man. He was unwilling to assist and just told me that he can't help me and I will not be able to see the show. When I then asked for the manager he said he is on his way. 30min later I asked where is the manager again, by that time six other couples joined me with the same issue (Then CLEARLY we had a problem, or am I smoking something?), then only did he phone Derrick van Zyl who just told him I'm busy and tell them sorry we can't assist them. James then stood back and played on his phone ignoring everyone and when he did say something it was to tell us that we should not speak to him as we are drunk and will speak to him with respect and he will not assist us. But I will be taking this the the news!
