I called into the call center to report a internet modem, the lady I spoke to the 1st time was very polite and offered to block the sim card for me, after ending the call I realized I didn't ask her to cancel the debit order for the modem as I have no access to, I called in today again spoke to Buhli who told me that I need to pay it regardless whether I lost the modem or not. I wasn't mad at what she said, when I requested to speak to her manager she raised her voice at me! Bluntly refused to hand me over to a manager, I was so upset at the fact that she raised her voice at me I when quiet! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND raises their voice to a customer! - if she had to be standing infront of me I wouldve smacked her, and I wouldn't been locked up for doing something that I felt was right! This isn't the 1st time I've experienced this kind of customer service
