I CALLED THIS COMPANY FOR CONFIRMATION OF EMPLOYMENT AS I WORK FOR A CASH LOAN, THE POLITE RECEPTIONIST TRANSFERRED ME TO MAUREEN WHO SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS NOTHING ONLY BECAUSE I DID NOT HEAR HER WHEN SHE ASK FOR A CLIENT SURNAME.THE LADY RAISED HER VOICE AT ME AND WHEN I TOLD HER NOT TO SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY SHE ASK, AGAIN VERY RUDE IF I WAS GOING TO GIVE THE SURNAME OR NOT. I CALLED IN SPOKE TO THE FINANCIAL MANAGER WHO WAS VERY POLITE AND ACTUALLY APOLOGISE FOR RUDE MAUREEN. I AGAIN CALLED TO TELL MAUREEN HOW I FELT ABOUT HER ATTITUDE AND SHE HANGED UP ON ME MAUREEN I GIVE YOU A RED CARD STOP.
