After numerous calls to Cell-C, and 7-8 visits to their festival mall outlet in Kempton park, no one appears to be interested in resolving the problem. The problem started about three months after I purchased the item from the abovementioned outlet. The item presented errors everytime I attempted to connect to the internet, sighting compatible issues with the software. I have taken it in at least 3 times with no resolve. When I tried to swap the item at the outlet, it was simply taken in for another repair in Midrand. Ref PRE470149. The previous ref is 462974. This is unacceptable. Cell-C's Nokia modems seem to be faulty and they simply just take people from pillar to post, expecting them to give up at the end.
