I've bought cell C 3G Modem (Nokia) on February, I was giving me problems from the first day I bought it, now I cannot to internet with it anymore. I went to Cell C Sandton where I've bought the modem. When I told them about my problem they've looked at each other and laugh and told me that other customers who bought the modem has been returning it back and It was discontinued. They've told me that I need to buy another modem. They've referred me to Divesh "who knows better about technical staff". He told me the ways I can use to connect it. It is very difficult and too technical to connect it, and still and it still doesn't work.
The staff there is so helpless, They were blaming me on buying the device. If staff is aware of this matter why, they don't advice what to do about this malfunctioning modem (NOKIA). Very bad service from CELL C.
