I took out a cellphone contract 18 months ago at R 50.00 per month. I took out this contract because it seemed to be a good contract and it included DSTV mobile free for 24 months. Approximately 2 months after taking this contract the handset started to give problems (not connecting to mobile tv). I took the handset back to the outlet, they booked it in, a few weeks later i picked it up. I was told it only needed a software upgrade. This problem persisted for several moths after that, going to and from the repair centre numerous times. Eventually they replaced the 5330 with a so called new nokia N8. The N8 also proved to be faulty, this was also sent to the repair centre and another one was sent. While setting up the decoder and mobile tv it was found that this N8 handset was also faulty which was sent back to the repair centre. The management staff at cell c does not return calls or take calls regarding my handset. I am paying a contract for which i am not using. They seem to be very unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone taking a contract with cell c.
