I'm not too sure what to do to have Telkom to attend to my faulty line issue. I've used their own indicated ways to report the issue but nothing positive came out and my line is still not working. I have 3 fault reference numbers (907CRZ031213, 126CRZ141213, 823CRZ191213) and an Escalation reference number: ARS 239417 for the same issue but the issue still persists. What else do I have to do to get my issue resolved. In the news it appears that Telkom is trying to reshape its strategies and make the business more profitable. I'm not sure if not caring for their customers is part of that strategy. When I initially raised the issue, a technician was sent after a week, he came on the day of Madiba's memorial and it was badly raining. The technician was unable to fix the issue and promised to come back when it will stop raining. He never came back and I received a call few days later from Telkom and somebody promised to follow up on my issue and provide me with feedback. 2 days later I received a SMS advising me that my issue was attended to and it was finally resolved. I went back on Telkom website and objected and once again reported the issue. I really need some help here
