I logged a complaint on MTN regarding incorrect billing charges - no one at MTN seems to be interested in responding. Secondly, my Blackberry has an error message, and strangely, this is for the second time after having the Blackberry for a year (It happened immediately after receiving a mail about the new Blackberry 10). I called the MTN Repair Centre and spoke to a rather abrupt Thato who said that I need the receipt in order for them to repair the phone. I find this unacceptable as surely they should have electronic proof of when the purchases were made, this being a contract purchase? I then called the MTN call centre and spoke to a Deshnie who kep cutting off after every five words. I requested that she call me back which she refused to do. MTN, please send me my proof of purchase and please sort out my other billing query.
