I have a Blackberry handset on contract with MTN. The handset is giving me problems and I tried to take it in for repairs, only for them to tell me that they can't help me because I didn't have my proof of purchase. I asked them to check my file as I'm contracted to them and they still refused. I checked at home only to find that I had misplaced my proof of purchase and I could not find it. On 2 September 2013 I called their customer care center on 808 and a consultant said that he'd send me the proof of purchase within 48 hours; 50 hours have now elapsed and I still have not been helped!
