Sent my Nokia 920 in because it had dust under the lens and was getting hot the phone was sent away and came back 2 weeks later with the same problem and the cover and screen scratched badly, all my software was deleted, basically all that was done was that they reloaded the software I told Ebrahim from Cellucity that I would not except this phone back due to the fact that the phone was damaged while being repaired, and because of this I would want this phone replaced or this contract cancelled, but as I found out today the phone has been sent back for repairs and have to wait for another 8 working days, when I spoke to somebody by the name of Stacey her attitude was the phone has been sent to Johannesburg to be sorted out it sounded like she did not give a hoot about my problems, this phone was checked by personnel from Cellucity and there was not a mark on the phone and it was only 3 weeks old. A company like Cellucity should have made a call straight away because they new that the phone was not scratched when it was sent away and replace the phone and then take the fight to the company that damaged the phone not leave the customer to fight the battle, tired of being ripped off
