I am disgusted by lack of service and acknowledgement of your customer's queries. You have been billing me an extra R22.52 and no one is willing to explain the reason for this additional bill. I am sick and tired of sending requests which you claim should be attended to in 24 hours, but never attended to. I would like to live to see the day when someone acknowledges those requests.
I will be stopping all your debit orders from December, because you don't know what you are doing and I will make deposits into your account. For December month, I am going to deduct all the extra R22.52 that you billed which amounts to R67.56. As from January 2013, I will deposit only R379. Should you try your tricks, I will stop paying and you can blacklist me - I don't give a... Sort this mess or cancel this...
