Overcharged for 7 months on faulty device

I approached Telkom 8ta at Liberty Midlands Mall for a contract on the Huawei E5331 where I wanted to get 10gigs 10gigs night surfer. I was told that this would cost me R398 per month for 24 months. I signed my contract at the start of May 2013 and ever since then I have been charged R100 extra (tot =R498) for an add-on that I did not ask for! Apparently its for the Night Surfer that was supposed to be included in the contract!!! I thought joining Telkom mobile was an excellent idea given their long history in the industry, I am now having serious regrets and would NEVER recommend them to anybody!

This router is meant to connect up to 8 devices via WiFi up to a 10 meter radius depending o usage -I can't even connect 1 device in the same room unless it's 1 arm's length away. It used to work properly until about a month ago. The store now refuses to replace it and yet continues to overcharge me. I was told that I would be reimbursed by end of November, that has not happened and nobody has bothered to offer an explanation. I already know that when I go in to query they will blame head office instead of resolving my problem as a PAYING CUSTOMER! THIS IS PATHETIC from Telkom!
