I logged a call and Mweb was unable to reach me on the number provided. While the problem was in my area and since resolved (Telkom line fixed), they still did some digging, went through some previous calls logged and called me on a different number and were able to reach me. They explained what he issue had been and just wanted to confirm that our speed was back to normal. I appreciate the extra effort trying to get hold of me just to find out if everything was okay.
