Wake up and sort out my ADSL line!!!

1 week and still a problem!
The adsl was reported to telkom on Monday with ref 489CRK021213 on 2 Dec and still not resolved!!!
Spoke to mweb about 3 times and still my adls is not sorted!!!
ENOUGH OF REBOOTING THE ROOTER!!!
AND TROUBLESHOOTING!!!
THIS ROUTER IS ALSO NETWORK LOCKED AND AGAINST ICASA RULES!!!
What an ISP???
