My 3g card number is 072 313 4814. I bought data bundles for 59.00r on 30 November, and were not loaded on my sim card, I bought another one for 29.00 on 02 December, thinking that 2nd time around they will be loaded, but that did not happen. So I called customer service, was put on hold for 13:55 minutes and only to find out I will be transferred to another department. So basically my problem was not solved. Please solve my problem Vodacom as I am not succeeding trying to get help from your customer services.
