I have a problem with MTN about their MTN-MTN Free minutes.
I have called about this problem and visit their shop repeatedly for more than two and a half months and no reply, only empty promises. I have now cancelled my debit order now to get their attention but they do not come back to me about this problem. I am loosing money because I do my bussiness on this cell number.

The Explanation received from the staff Bradley and Alicia was that any MTN-MTN calls will be free of charge up to the first 60minutes and then it will be subtracted from my airtime. On my accounts I received, this does not happen as they explained. I was brought under the wrong impression with this contract. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. They ignore my requests for 2 months now.
I asked them for a person that has the knowledge of the to product contact me."
This I have asked for repeatedly, but still no reply. The contract they described to me was not what I received
My account against me is growing, but my phone calls are suspended because I stopped payment.
The contract was entered on 3/9/13 and since then have weekly correspond with them, but to no avail
