Virgin Mobile Service Stinks!

Ref: 3280078 (my account was double debitted despite the fact that I had made a manual payment and faxed through the proof.)

It was apparently processed on the 14th Nov and would take 3 - 5 working days. Today is the 28th and I still have not received it. They will debit my account again tomorrow for the following instalment without refunding me the one they owe me. Then in Decemeber they will debit my account on the 15th despite me making an arrangement for the 31st cos my salary date doesn't change in December. (Like they do every year for the last 3 years.) Go Ahead, I'm used to it!
