Early debit of monthly payment
I received an sms on 10/12 to say that Virgin Mobile will be debiting my account on 20/12. There was no cut off date by which we need to make arrangement so I assume when I called on 18/12 I still have enough time to make alternative arrangement. The consultant, Tshepiso Noinyane was very inconsiderate of my complaint and kept on interupting me whenever I told him something. I phoned later on on 18/12 and got thru to accounts where Sithembile Mdlalolse assisted. She also confirmed that the debit orders was already submitted. This irritated me as I felt there was still time to make arrangement seeing that I wasn't given any cut off time in the sms. I feel this is unacceptable and very inconsiderate on the path of Virgin Mobile
