Debiting acoount 6 months after cancellation

During June 2013 I cancelled Iburst, I bought my Iburst in 2005 for cash thus had no contract and paid cash through the years. Suddenly they started debiting my account, I requested the form where I gave them permission to do so and I'm still waiting... In July 2013 I relocated to an area where Iburst has no coverage, they still keep debiting my account and then sending me emails to say the debit order bounced and I have to pay outstanding fee's immediately! It has been 5 months since I've moved and not used their services but they don't care!
