Since Saturday my Blackberry services on my blackberry have not been active, i called vodacom 3 times in the past 2 days and requested assistance with this and up to now there has not been any changes. All 3 different call centre agents that i spoke to said that after the call i should take the battery out of the phone and after 5 minutes i should be able to make use of the phone again but that did not take place. I have not purchased BIS and it has been deducted from my airtime with no sms notification and/or confirmation but i cannot make use of the service. This is seriously so annoying as no one can tell me what the problem is. Should this continue i expect my airtime to be reimbursed to me immediately...
